YOGA IS A PRACTICE OF OBSERVING YOURSELF WITHOUT JUDGEMENT
"I have been studying yoga with Uzma for over 2 years.
No class is ever repetitive. She always tries to introduce something new, which makes the class much more enjoyable, introducing other styles. She tries to cater for everyone and always asks what we would like to do. We are lucky to have a small group where everyone is treated as if in a private class. She shows genuine concern and interest for our general welfare
I look forward to my regular class".

"I have had one to one yoga lessons with Uzma as well as attending some her group classes and can highly recommend her as a yoga teacher and guide. She is an excellent teacher and creates a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere for both yoga practice and relaxation/mindfullness".

"I had forgotten how precious it is to be in “the now”. Thanks to Uzma to bring me back to a nice place, feeling re-energized, calm, focussed".

"I have been having regular private lessons with Uzma for over a year and every lesson is a treat, a discovery, and progress.
She is great in working with your state and your body and bringing you effortlessly to a new level. I thoroughly enjoy the journey. I discovered a flexibility I did not think I could have; after every lesson I feel a sense of inner calm and serenity.
Thank you Uzma!"

"I have known Uzma Zaidi for over a year now as a personal and substitute yoga teacher at Colets in Thames Ditton.
Uzma practices and teaches yoga with her understanding of the rich and deep spiritual traditions of yoga. She inspired me with her remarkable attitude towards life while teaching asanas and meditation to me on one to one basis.
As a Well being consultant, she introduced me to the unique art and science of balancing the mind and body together through regular yoga practice and healthy eating. This proved to be a life changing milestone for me.
I would continue to learn yoga from her and share in her knowledge of yoga and her joy for life".

"I have practised yoga on and off over the last 20 years or so, and I love it. There is something rather special about Uzma's classes though. She keeps them fairly small usually not more than 6 to 8 people and because of this she is able to correct postures and interact with us all which is not possible in a larger class. Uzma varies the classes and always offers different options based on what the majority of us in the class would like to go with, classes are not repetitive. Something I love at the end of the class is that Uzma will come round and stretch out our legs taking them just a little bit further than we could do ourselves. Whatever it is she does makes relaxation even more relaxing!
Love it :)"
